Shipping Policy
Esentiss offers digital services, including web development, mobile app development, software development, cloud hosting, IT consulting, and POS applications. These are virtual products and are not physical in nature. We do not ship any physical products. All services and products are delivered digitally via email or direct access through our platform.
There is no ongoing membership (signup) in our services; all services are one-time purchases. If you wish to purchase additional services, you can place a new order on our website.
Shipping Timelines:
After completing your transaction, your online order will be delivered via email or through our platform within 5 to 7 business days for web and mobile applications, IT consulting, and software development services.
Product Return Process:
Please review our Return Policy for information regarding returning any digital products or services. If you wish to return any online service and request a refund, please email our support team at support@esentiss.com.
Order Tracking Details:
Since our products and services are digital, there is no physical shipping involved, and therefore, there is no need to track physical goods. You will receive all necessary details and links via email after completing your order.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed for any of our services, such as web development, software development, mobile app development, or hosting services, you may request the cancellation of your order. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation request has been received.
Note: All orders are prepaid. After 5 business days from the date of purchase, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. Esentiss reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification to the client, should there be a breach of terms or failure to meet the required payment deadlines.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team via email at support@esentiss.com. If your cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within 2 business days after placing an order for our services (such as web development, mobile app development, software development, or hosting). Esentiss reserves the right to process the refund fully, partially, or to cancel the refund request at our discretion.
Note: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and credited within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Esentiss reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the content and services on the website at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue the website or its services temporarily or permanently. In the event of such an action, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment for any services affected.
Cases of No Refund/Cancellation:
- Refund requests made after 2 business days from the order date.
- If you have already utilized the service (e.g., web development, mobile app development, cloud hosting) or accessed the delivered product.
- If your order has been in processing or completed within the past 7 days.
